The majority of information we process is given to us by your insurance company who have your information on file. This data will be in line with your policy information and will be used to process your claim.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
None of your credit/debit card details will be stored by us.
We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it. This will be no longer than 12 months from the last communication from you. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.
