We ship items from our shop to anywhere in the world.

What are my shipping options?

You will be able to see all available shipping options for your country at the checkout page.


Can you deliver to me 'Next Day'?

We can deliver to the UK, Europe and the USA next day. please select 'UPS' at the checkout page.


Will I be able to track my order?

All orders valued over £20 will have to use a 'Signed For' shipping service.

The cost of shipping for this service is higher but it gives piece of mind to both you and us that your order is safe.


I selected 'Standard' shipping and haven't received my order yet

'Standard' shipping doesn't come with a tracking number and can take longer to reach you than a recorded shipping service.

The 'Standard' shipping service comes with no tracking number so we will not be able to track where your order is.

What guarantee do I get with my parts?

We give a full 90 day warranty with all of our parts.

This warranty covers the parts against defect but does not cover any damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

I've received a part and the flex cable is damaged

We have in house procedures for booking parts in and despatching orders. It is impossible for broken flex cables to sit on our shelves and to be despatched to customers.

If you have a part with a damaged flex cable we will not accept this as a return. It was not sent like it and it would be unfair for us to refund or replace this.

This applies without exception to any display assemblies and especially the touch screen digitiser flex cable of the iPhone 4 and 4S displays.


I need some help installing a part i've ordered

Where possible we have added links to relevant guides for each and every part in our shop.

If you need any more help please feel free to 'Contact Us' - email would be best for technical support.

I've bought the part, I've tried to repair it myself but I can't

We get this all the time - don't worry!

The best thing to do is order our 'Diagnosis' service which can be found in the 'Repair' section of the website.

If you've ordered the parts from us the cost of repair will be the difference between the part cost and repair cost - as long as the parts are returned to us undamaged as new.


I have placed an order but need to change my shipping details

Our standard service is to pack and ship all orders received before 2PM the very same day.

This quick turn around of orders doesn't give us much time to make alterations to addresses or contact numbers.

If you have noticed an error in your details please 'Contact Us' as soon as possible.

If you have supplied us with incorrect details and we have shipped the order before getting the opportunity to correct the details you will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can re-ship.

If you need your order quickly we would ask for you to order the items again using the correct details. A refund will be actioned for the original items once they have been received back.
