How will you return my iDevice to me?

We return all iDevice's by a fully insured, tracked courier service that will require a signature upon delivery.

Each order despatched will have it's own unique tracking number that will be sent to you by email once the order has been despatched.


How will I know what day, time and address you are delivering my iDevice to?

After despatching your iDevice a system generated email will be sent from our sales team which will contain your delivery address, order details and your unique tracking number.

Your iDevice will be delivered the following day.

If your iDevice has been returned using Royal Mail Special delivery it is guaranteed (by Royal Mail) to be with you before 1PM.

If your iDevice has been returned by any other service it is guaranteed to be with you the following day between 8AM and 6PM.


What if I want to change my delivery address?

That's not a problem. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the delivery details for you.


How will you package my iDevice?

We have our own custom made packaging that is custom made to protect your iDevice in transit.

Our custom packaging is specially designed for each iDevice and vigorously tested to ensure protection.


Is it safe to send my iDevice back?

Our 'Return by Tracked Mail' service is covered by our own private 'In Transit' insurance.

Your iDevice is fully tracked from the point it leaves us to the point it arrives with us and requires a signature upon arrival.

What is your private 'In Transit' insurance?

We pay for our own private insurance that covers any iDevice's that use our 'Express Pickup Service' (find out more here) or are returned by our 'Return By Tracked Mail' service

This insurance means that if your iDevice were to go missing or get damaged whilst between us and you we will issue with a like for like replacement or repair the damage at no extra cost to you as long as it is covered under our terms and conditions and insurance policy.


I haven't received any emails from you

If you haven't received any emails from us at all please double check that your email address you've entered when placing your order is correct by logging in at mendmyi.com

How will I know when my iDevice has been delivered?

Each order despatched will have it's own unique tracking number that will be sent to you by email once the order has been despatched.

Some couriers we use also provide an email service that sends both you and us an email when your order has physically been delivered by their delivery person.


My original box / SIM card / case / accessories haven't been returned

Visit Us or Post to Us
We would recommend not sending any boxes, SIM cards, cases or accessories with your iDevice.

If you did send any of these with your iDevice please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We can't guarantee to find or return anything else other than your iDevice (we try to keep the workshop as tidy as possible!)


Can I use your Return By Tracked Mailí service if iím not in the UK?

Yes we can deliver your iDevice back to anywhere in the world and cover it under our private in-transit insurance but the price will be higher than £6.

As a rough guide:

Next Day Delivery to the USA is £35 (roughly $55) Next Day Delivery to Australia is £40 (roughly $60)

Can I send you my iDevice from outside the UK?

Yes you can but if you need to fill a customs form out please mark the package as:

ďControlled Goods - for Temporary Import - FOR REPAIR AND RETURN.Ē

By marking it as for ĎTemporary Importí there should not be any customs charges raised.

If any customs charges are raised when the iDevice reaches the UK or when itís returned and reaches your country mendmyi are not and will not be liable for them.
