I'm not sure what is wrong with my iDevice?

Each of our 'Repair' sections has a 'Diagnosis' service. This service is free - all we ask to be paid up front is the postage cost(s).


What does your 'Diagnosis' service involve?

We run each and every iDevice we receive through our full diagnosis test before we start any repair. This test is designed to check every function of the iDevice. We log the result of each test before and after the repair and present them on a downloadable 'Test Sheet'.


What if there are more repairs needed than I have ordered?

If our diagnosis test shows that there is more wrong with your iDevice than you have ordered we will contact you. We won't carry out the initial repairs or any further work until you have been informed of the situation.

If your iDevice requires multiple repairs it may be eligible for our '60% Discount'.


How long will my repair take?

iPhone
Most iPhone repairs are diagnosed within 1-3 days and if they are straight forward and we have your approval will be completed within the same time frame. Exceptions to this are mainboard repairs and unlocks which may take longer. If it takes time for you to respond to questions and queries this can extend the service time.

iPad & iPod
Most iPad & iPod repairs are diagnosed within 1-3 days and if they are straight forward and we have your approval will be completed within 1-5 days. Exceptions to this are mainboard repairs and unlocks which may take longer. If it takes time for you to respond to questions and queries this can extend the service time.

Please note that whilst we try our very hardest to stick to these repair time frames it is not always possible. If you urgently need a quick repair please make us aware after placing your order.


What if you don't have the parts in stock for my repair?

As well as offering our repair services we are also a reliable parts supplier to many other repair companies worldwide. We have a healthy stock management system that means that we very rarely have a part 'Out of Stock' and can carry out repairs straight away.

What guarantee do I get with my repair?

We give a full 90 day warranty against all of our repairs. This warranty covers the parts used in the repair and the fitting of the used parts.

Your warranty with Apple is void as soon as we begin our repair service on your iDevice.


I've placed an order for repair when is my collection and/or when should I send my iDevice(s)?

Although your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation email your order has not been accepted by us until you have heard from us.

Please wait for a personal email from us detailing the date and time for pickup and/or the address to send your iDevice(s) to.

Please don't send your iDevice(s) to us until you have heard from us. If there is a problem with your order we will let you know before your iDevice(s) have left you.


How do I get my iDevice to you?

You can either post it to us or use our 'Express Pickup Service'.

How do I get my iDevice back after repair?

You are welcome to visit us to pickup your iDevice or we can send it to you by guaranteed next day, tracked, signed for and insured mail.

I don't trust my iDevice in the post :(

As outlined in our 'Sending Your iDevice' and 'Returning Your iDevice' sections we have full, private in transit insurance.

If your iDevice gets lost or damaged in transit we will either replace it like for like or fix the additional damage at no additional charge to you.


What if you damage my iDevice during repair?

After we have run our diagnosis test on your iDevice it is openly available for download by you. This diagnosis sheet outlines exactly what is wrong with your iDevice and what it will take to get it fully functional again.

If our highly skilled engineers cause any damage to your iDevice after diagnosis (during repair) this will be repaired at no additional cost to you.


I can't be without my iDevice!

We understand that nowadays most people would rather be without a limb for a couple of days than their iDevice!

It is for this reason we keep our turnaround times as short and sharp as possible.

If you can't imagine being without your iDevice for the repair process we offer a 'Courtesy iDevice Service'
