Device Grading Explained

Please use the below guide to help you select the condition of your iDevice. If you are at all unsure of the condition to select for your iDevice please select:

Condition
Working-Damaged

And select the fault 'Diagnostics'.

We will diagnose your iDevice when it reaches us and send you a revised quote by email.

If you are not happy with our revised quote we will return your iDevice free of charge.

 

Working

This condition should be selected if your iDevice is fully functional, fully assembled with all physical parts in full working order.

There must be no water damage.

There must be no physical damage such as scratches or dents.

 

Working Damaged

This condition should be selected if the iDevice works but has one or more faults. These faults include any features or functions of the iDevice that are selectable as a fault in our interface.

There must be no missing parts to the iDevice - this includes screws.

The iDevice must be received in working condition.

There must be no water damage.

If any parts are functional but damaged they must be selected as a fault - this includes scratches or cracks to screens and casings.

 

Not Working

There must be no missing parts to the iDevice - this includes screws.

There must be no water damage.
